1.What is Forensic Science ?
Answer : It can be defined as Scientific Discipline which is directed to the recognition, identification, individualization , and evaluation of physical evidence by the application of the principles and methods of natural science for the purpose administration of criminal justice.

2.What do different Fields of forensic science have in common ?
Answer : To begin with, and as a aforementioned, the identification process of analysis, comparison, and evaluation underlies all discipline all discipline of forensic science. Further more, all discipline share an understanding on of the scientific method for it provides the guidelines within which the work is conducted. Lastly they share the same sense of evidence.

3. How does one Judge Proficiency and Competence ?
Answer : by Academic Qualification, by training, by professional Affiliations.
Qualification must, therefore, be judged on the basis of the following :
1. The level of achievement in a recognized academic institution.
2. The type and Duration of training received.
3. The qualification of the instructor(s).
4. The scope of service offered.
5. The dimensions of the experience acquired.

4 How competent does a person need to be to testify as an expert Witness in a court of Law ?
Answer : It seems generally agreed that , by definition an expert witness is a person who possesses special skill or knowledge , acquired by way of training or experience, not normally possessed by the laymen, and is , thereby, permitted to draw conclusion or to express opinions that are otherwise inadmissible in testimony.

5. Is an individual trained in another area of forensic science capable of conducting Questioned document Examination ?
Answer : not with standing the fact that the identification process of analysis, comparison, and evaluation underlies all disciplines of forensic science, the steps of analysis and evaluation are different for each discipline and must be learnt separately and independently.

6. Is it possible to produce a perfect Forgery ?
Answer : This question does not have the simple answer. What is considered to be perfect, and who will be the judge? if we are speaking of a quality of forgery that will deceive a lay person, then the answer unquestionably “yes”. It is daily occurrence.

7. Who is Expert or how makes the person expert ?
Answer : By the combination of three quality i.e.:- Qualification Training & Experience makes the Perfect Expert.
